1.2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics as a third party analytics service to collect information about how our website performs and how our users, in general, navigate through and use Trayn. This helps us evaluate our users' use of Trayn, compile statistical reports on activity, and improve our content and website performance.
Google provides further information about its own privacy practices and offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics tracking.
1.3. Intercom
When you contact us through our support system Intercom, the email address and name used in Trayn will be shared with them. This only happens when you contact us and is used to notify you of replies. Social profiles in Intercom are disabled.
2. Tracking
We provide our services across several websites. In order to understand how users interact with all services, we use the same analytics technology across these websites:

The application used by logged in users to access their content and interact with other users of their organization. The
trayn.appdomain is used by organizations who use the branded version and also leave DNS hosting to Trayn. blog.trayn.com-
The blog used until August 2017, hosted on GitHub Pages. It has since been replaced by journal.trayn.com (see below).
